• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• 7win7 employs fraud detection systems. Any player identified as attempting to exploit the deposit or withdrawal process — including through chargebacks, false dispute claims, or coordinated account activity — will have their account suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms are set out below.

Cricket betting markets — including pre-match, in-play, and outright markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, and other supported competitions — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed on the platform at the time of betting.

7win7 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, odds error, or system malfunction that resulted in the incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 7win7 also reserves the right to void bets where the outcome of an event has been determined through corruption, match-fixing, or any other fraudulent means.

• The maximum payout per bet or per event may be capped at a value determined by 7win7. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market on the platform.
• Slot games and live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the applicable game supplier. RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems to determine outcomes. All game results are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7win7 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 7win7 platform in a manner not authorised by 7win7, including to place bets, claim bonuses, or circumvent security systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with any sporting event on which 7win7 offers betting markets.
• Using the 7win7 platform or account system for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means and withdrawing them as apparent gambling winnings.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 7win7 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs or errors are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Attempting to access another player's account, harvest other players' personal data, or engage in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in connection with the 7win7 platform.

7win7 uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 7win7 may freeze account access and withhold funds while an investigation is carried out. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7win7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7win7 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure. 7win7 is not responsible for any technical failures on your device, network connection issues, or interruptions in your internet service that may affect your ability to access the platform or place bets.

Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits 7win7's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The 7win7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7win7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or any content on it.

7win7 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the 7win7 platform following the posting of any revised T&C constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised T&C, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance in your account.
